EPM’s vision is to be the best forward-thinking property management service, giving clients the highest level of service at all times. We offer property management expertise to do with all aspects of home life. Our management service is constantly evolving, meaning that we cover an array of requests. We now only respond to requests from our retained client base and do not offer one-off management repairs.
Many people we have come across who are not within the EPM family, do not realise that when their property is empty for long periods, more issues occur. EPM is here to prevent this from happening. We carry out regular inspections of our client’s properties and keep in constant contact ensuring a sense of calm.
We are also prepared to go the extra mile with the friends of EPM ensuring that any request is matched with an answer and most importantly, the correct one. We have recently sold collectable cars, found dermatologists and even Glastonbury tickets. We always welcome requests but for now, at least we are offering our ‘plus’ service to our retained clients only.
